Swing time

It’s been way too beautiful to be inside sitting at my computer. Not to mention, my mom’s been visiting for the past two weeks so I put her amazing gardening skills to work.

We prepped the garden for tomatoes and herbs – I can’t wait to plant. And for down time, we went to our local park to swing. So much fun!

LA Playground in Hancock Park

We found a gorgeous playground within walking distance of my parents’ place in Hancock Park (though several locals suggested driving).

Slides. Twirly DNA gadgets. Squishy mats. Picnic tables. Shade. And lots of sand. It even has a port-a-potty.

Celebrity park

We hung out today at Holmby Park in LA with the fam. It’s got a great playground, green space and even habachis for a BBQ.

It’s nestled among some very impressive homes, and right across the street from the Spelling mansion. It was the first time Nadia played in the sand with her cousin Pia - she loved it!
